Whomp's Fortress?

In Super Mario Galaxy 2, it looks as though they've recreated Whomp's Fortress from Super Mario 64. Very little changest have been made. See trailer by clicking here. If they have recreated Whomp's Fortress, did they create other planets or planetoids for that level, or is it just that course again?

Light Yoshi

Light Yoshi is another power-up for Yoshi in the Haunted Halls Galaxy. Light Yoshi can produce natural light, and in the Haunted Halls Galaxy, that will be needed! In that galaxy, all the platforms are invisible, to Mario and you. That makes them impossible to walk on. Therefore, you need to feed Yoshi a bright yellow fruit. This makes Yoshi produce natural light, this allows you to see and walk on these invisible platforms. Unfortunately, this will run out shortly, and of course, you'll another yellow fruit.

Blue Yoshi

Blue Yoshi will be added to Super Mario Galaxy 2. If you feed Yoshi a blue fruit, he will get gassy. Letting out air from his mouth, Mario rides on top and Yoshi floats into the air. Also when you start flying, an air meter will come up, identical to the air meter when underwater. When this runs out, Yoshi will go back to normal and he must eat another blue fruit to start the proccess again.

Orange Yoshi

As you know, Yoshi will be a great new addition to the game! But Yoshi, like Mario, will have power-ups! If you feed Yoshi a spicey fruit, or orange fruit, Yoshi will turn orange and run very fast for a short period of time. He can also scale walls you would normally not be able climb.

Bird Racing

In this picture (click here to see trailer), Mario is flying a bird in a race. Details are unknown but I'm suggesting you'll half to get first place in order to get a Power Star.

Drill Mario

Drill Mario will be added to Super Mario Galaxy 2. If Mario collects a drill, he will be able to spin and drill right through planets! Like in a trailer, Mario is drilling through a 2D planet to crash into the underside of a Megaleg-like eneny holding a star. Mario might even find a hollow core of a planet, like in the Drill Mario trailer (click here to watch it). The Drill Power-up will be very useful throughout the game!
